Volvos kinesiska syskon ser försäljningsras i hemlandet

Den kinesiska bilmarknaden bromsar rejält och för Volvo Cars kinesiska syskon Geely Auto och det nya märket Lynk & Co handlar det om tapp på 24 respektive 30 procent i juli jämfört med samma månad i fjol, skriver DI.

Juli månad var den trettonde månaden i rad då den inhemska marknaden backade. Handelskonflikten och avmattning i ekonomin ses som bakomliggande orsaker.

Det är framför allt kinesiska tillverkare som drabbas av försäljningsras. Europeiska premiummärken som BMW, Mercedes-Benz och Volvo Cars har ökat sin Kinaförsäljning i år.
