Fastighetsmagnaten Xu Jiayin är officiellt Kinas rikaste person, sedan hans förmögenhet växt med 272 procent till närmare 43 miljarder dollar – motsvarande nästan 350 miljarder kronor. Det framgår av en ny rankning från Hurun China Rich List, rapporterar CNN Money.
Enligt den nya listan petas den tidigare ettan, fastighetsmiljardären och nöjesparksentreprenören Wang Jianlin, ner till femte plats efter att hans förmögenhet krympt med 30 procent det gångna året.

In 2017, Evergrande Real Estate Group will achieve a sales amount of RMB 450 billion. The Guangzhou-based company has became China's biggest property developer in 2016 based on sales volume and had revenue of 211.4 billion yuan ($31.8 billion) in 2016.
He is one of China's richest men, as well as one of the wealthiest people in Asia, with a net worth of US$43.4 billion in 2017.
